Growing up in a family focused on law he understands how impactful the criminal justice system is on Northeast Georgia communities. Graduating from University of Georgia Terry School of Business then Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Adam has focused his talents and dedicated his practice to Criminal Defense in Northeast Georgia.

Adam is fierce, successful at protecting rights, maintaining freedom, and most importantly honest. He tells the truth about what your prospects are and goes above and beyond to preserve the future of his clients.

Adam with his wife of 15 years and child live in Habersham County. He likes to hunt, fish, and genuinely cares about the lives of those accused of crimes in our community.

Phillip Kevin Rose is your first contact when you reach out to Adam Harkness & Associates.  He is the one who holds the law office and client together as Adam and John are defending criminal charges throughout northeast Georgia.

Phil is almost a native of Habersham County moving here from Lawrenceville at 8.  After graduating Habersham Central High School he toured all over the country playing multiple instruments with several bands.  He retired playing on the road in 2018 and focused on a career in mental health as a case worker in Stephens County.  This set him up to be excellent support to Adam Harkness Law  and clients as the nuances of Criminal Defense sees a great benefit from his experience in handling stressful, personal, and confidential situations.

We are grateful to have Phil’s talents on our team.  In his free time Phil enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing disc golf and still enjoys playing music from time to time.
